Pitada is a catering studio based in Lisbon that designs gastronomic experiences with intention, detail, and authenticity.
We cook from the place itself.
From the season, the light but also from the people.
Each menu is born from the environment around it: the sounds, bodies in motion, conversations overheard. We observe the energy of the space and translate it into flavour.
At Pitada, food is what brings it all together.
A living kitchen, designed by the chefs Matheus Franklin and Bruno Martins to provoke, welcome, and reinvent.
